Every item at Tiny Stitches By TS is handmade with love using a sewing machine that has been in our family for generations. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, making every item truly one of a kind!

Do you offer custom or personalized orders?

Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Please contact us with your ideas and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life. Custom orders may require additional processing time.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Because each item is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will work to make it right!

How do I care for my item?

To keep your Tiny Stitches item looking its best, we recommend machine wash on gentle, using cold water. Avoid high heat when drying.  Some items may come with additional care instructions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

We begin working on orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
