Payments

We accept payments through PayPal a secure credit card processing site. You do not have to have an account to pay with PayPal just a valid credit card.

Louisiana Customers

Please note that all Louisiana orders will be charged a 4% sales tax.

Returns

Any fabric or lace that is sold by the yard is not returnable once it has been cut, except in the event of defective merchandise. We must be notified of defective merchandise within 10 business days of your initial order.
As with all computers, fabric colors may appear slightly different on your computer than in real life. If you would like us to send you a fabric swatch of a certain color to be sure it meets your needs, please contact us with the name and color of the fabric, your name and address, and we will send it to you.

Also, because most of my clothing is custom made, items may not be returned unless there is a defect, or I have not followed your request when the order was taken.  All garments are inspected prior to shipping, so the possibility of a defect should be rare.  However, I want my customers to be happy with any purchase .  If you are less than happy, please contact me so we can work out a solution beneficial to both of us.

Shipping

Tiny Stitches wants to make sure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. Therefore, we will ship all orders using Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

For overnight shipping it will be an additional $18.00

Shipping rates apply to orders shipped in the continuous United States.
